Yolanda Williams

The Art of Storytelling

I Am A Storyteller encapsulates the diverse talents of Yolanda Williams.  Williams is a professor, actor, writer, and philanthropist who currently serves as a faculty member at North Carolina A&T State University, where she teaches English Composition and Creative Writing.  Her research initiatives explore the methodologies and implications of authentic storytelling as they relate to the representation of underrepresented voices in television and film. In particular, her scholarly focus is on how genuine lived experiences are articulated and conveyed through narrative form.

Williams is a consummate professional who possesses both an analytical and creative mindset.  She has honed these skills over the years through diverse experiences in the legal, education, and entertainment sectors. Whether working as on-air talent, teaching students, collaborating with colleagues, mentoring others, and crafting powerful narratives, she consistently exceeds expectations.

 

Her ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to evolving demands has been a driving force behind the successful completion of numerous projects. Furthermore, her leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are frequently recognized by peers and collaborators alike.  This dedication allows Williams to thrive under tight deadlines and complex challenges.
